The Ondo State Ministry of Information and Orientation recently held a valedictory session to honor its former Commissioner, Otunba Wale Akinlosotu, following the dissolution of the State Executive Council by Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on January 15, 2025.
The session, presided over by the Administrative Secretary, Mr. Lanre Akarakiri, highlighted Otunba Akinlosotu’s remarkable achievements and significant contributions to the Ministry and the state at large. In his address, Mr. Akarakiri commended Akinlosotu’s unwavering commitment to excellence, describing his leadership as pivotal to the Ministry’s success. “Your leadership and expertise have been the cornerstone of our Ministry’s achievements. Your legacy will continue to inspire and motivate us, leaving an indelible mark on our work,” he said.
Colleagues and staff members of the Ministry praised Akinlosotu for his invaluable guidance and support, describing him as a gentle and visionary leader. “Your guidance and unwavering support have been beacons of hope. Your departure leaves a void, but we are confident that your legacy will continue to shape our work,” they noted.
